The Minnesota Homegrown Kickoff musical event is held at El Rancho Manana May 30-June 1, 2008.

The largest and most respected bluegrass event, the Minnesota Bluegrass & Old-Time Music Festival will be held at El Rancho Manana August 7-10, 2008. This festival features a blend of national and regional professionally touring performers.
