Policies and Information
Reservations require full pre-payment at time of reservation.
2 night pre-payment required for weekends.
3 night pre-payment required for holiday weekends.
Credit card payments are charged at time of reservation.
Check-in Policy:
No check-in before 1pm or after 11pm. This is for the comfort of our guests, and to allow us to better serve your camping needs.
Check-out time--Friday/Saturday 1200pm noon
Sunday-Thursday 4pm
Cancellation Policy:
14 days or more prior to arrival: $5.00 per unit cancellation fee.
13 days to 6 days prior to arrival: $10.00 per unit cancellation fee.
5 days or less notice: No refund.
*In the event of severe weather conditions, we recommend going to the south or north bathhouses, or the laundry room. Turn radios to FM 98.1. You are located in Stearns County.
*In the event of an emergency, dial 911 on the phone at the south bathhouse. Then contact a member of the ranch crew or call the ranch house immediately at 320-597-2740.
*Quiet hours are from 11pm to 10am and are enforced. Radios must be turned off between 10pm and 10am, and may be asked to be turned down or off at any time if they are disturbing others.
Speed limit is 5 miles per hour and less when conditions call for slower speeds on all premises.
ATV's, people movers, electric and motorized scooters are not allowed on ERM premises (trails or campgrounds), with the exception for ERM seasonal campers. ERM seasonal campers may purchase a seasonal or weekend pass to use trails for ATV's at ERM. Golf carts are not allowed on ERM premises with the exception of handicap use. Campers must call in advance to approve the use of special handicap transportation. Only adults over 18 years of age are allowed to operate such handicap transportation.

Visitors: All visitors must register at the office and pay a visitor's fee. Visiting hours are from 10am-10pm. Main gate closed to visitors at 10pm.
ALL VISITORS MUST REGISTER FROM 10AM-9PM.
Adults: $5.00 per person
Kids (ages 3-18): $3.00 per child
Infants (age 2 and younger): No charge
Family special $15 per vehicle
Campgrounds are closed to visitors after 10pm.
All vehicles must display the registration sticker on passenger side of windshield at all times. Vehicles may only be driven by a LICENSED driver.
Bag your garbage in yellow bags, aluminum in white bags, and leave along the road to be picked up nightly between 6 and 8pm, and Sundays between 4 and 5pm. Before or after these hours, please dispose of in a dumpster, indicated on campground map.
Douse fires before turning in for the night or leaving.
Dock rental: $25.00 for length of stay, maximum 7 days. Bumpers and tie downs not provided. Please be aware of those dock spaces that are reserved. All non-docked boats and trailers must be in boat storage area, which is free of charge. NO EXCEPTIONS. All boats and trailers must be registered in the office. El Rancho Manana accepts no responsibility for damaged or stolen properties. Dock space is not guaranteed. Reservations must be made at Ranch House upon check-in.
The beach closes at dusk. NO GLASS BOTTLES, VEHICLES, OR PETS ALLOWED ON THE BEACH OR SWIMMING AREA. Please be aware there is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
Off-site storage items (campers and boat trailers, etc), must be registered in the office. ERM is not responsible for loss or damage.
Laundromat facilities are available at the south bathhouse.
Site upkeep: We try to make ERM your home away from home by keeping it as clean, presentable, and safe as possible. Please help us with our efforts on your site.
PETS: According to Minnesota State Law, all pets must be leashed and ERM will enforce this law. The law also states that pets are not allowed on the beach, (which includes anywhere along the beach front, docks, and dock areas), in the ranch house, or on the ranch house porch. ERM is not responsible for your pet's actions. All debris from your pet must be picked up. ERM reserves the right to ask that any pet be removed from the premises if there are any problems or disturbances, such as barking.
All persons under 21 years of age, must have a parent or legal guardian present.
Kegs and excessive consumption of alcohol will not be tolerated. But please enjoy a campfire and quiet conversation.
ERM does not issue refunds due to weather conditions or unacceptable behavior.
Please respect the land and your fellow campers. Any campers who are disrespectful to others in the campground or who cause any disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund.

ERM reserves the right to confiscate or ask that all fireworks, firearms, illegal substances or threatening devices be removed from ERM property immediately. ERM bans guns on premises without prior authorization.
ERM reserves the right to bring in medical and/or peace keeping assistance at its discretion.
El Rancho Manana, it's owners, volunteers or employees will not be held liable or responsible for any accidents or injuries to persons or properties, or for any loss, damage, or stolen properties or monies of any kind during activities, events (free or paid), or our guests or guests of others on or off premises. El Rancho Manana bans guns on grounds without prior authorization.
